Pam Ayres: Doggedly Onward

Pam Ayres closes this year’s Summer Festival with her current show Doggedly Onward, based on her recent book of the same name.

Pam has gathered her career’s work of poetry into the book, which traces the course of her life and illustrates how her work has provoked laughter, and some tears, to people around the world. Pam has spent half a century providing hilarious and profound insights into the delights and tribulations of everyday life. Doggedly Onward – A Life in Poems, contains all of Pam’s poems from the 1970s to 2020s.
